For orders outside San Francisco, shipping is calculated based on your order:

Orders with multiple items ship together. You'll only pay the shipping rate for the largest item in your order.

If there are any issues with your Mission Bike Light, please contact us as soon as possible and we will repair or replace your Mission Bike Light.
We gladly accept returns of undamaged Mission Bike Lights within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
- Mission Bike Lights must be undamaged and in original condition
- Batteries must be unopened in their original packaging
- Seat bags and frame bags must be unopened in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
